    Most builds are complete in 60–90 days from permit approval. We handle all permits for you, which typically adds 2–4 weeks before construction begins.
    We partner with LightStream and other lenders to offer rates starting at 0% for qualified buyers. Monthly payments in the configurator are estimates — your actual rate depends on credit approval. Most customers are approved within 24 hours.
    Yes, a permit is required in Florida — and yes, we pull it for you. Permit costs are included in your quoted price. We handle all inspections and county compliance requirements.
    Every pool includes excavation, gunite shell, plumbing, filtration system, pump, standard interior finish, deck coping, and one year of equipment warranty. Options like sun shelf, seating, lighting, and waterfall are add-ons priced separately.
    We provide a full orientation on pool care at handover. While ongoing maintenance is not included, we partner with local pool service companies and can refer you to trusted providers.
